Emergency Advice

If you have a gas leak call 0800 111 999 and follow the instructions

If you have a water leak, locate and turn off the stop cock. If you are unable to turn off the stop cock (while waiting for a plumber) attempt to release the water pressure from the leak, you can do this by turning on a bath tap or outside tap, this will help reduce the pressure from the main leak.

Combination boiler doesn’t work, locate and check the pressure gauge, this should be between 1 and 1 ½ bar.

Don’t bleed your radiators unless you know how to re-pressurise your boiler.

Frozen condensate pipe, attempt to thaw by using hot water from a kettle, in a safe manner.
